Opening Ceremony of the Flamboyant Festival 2017
In the evening of May 13th, Hai Phong city opened formally the Flamboyant Festival 2017 with theme “Hai Phong stretch to the sea” in the Opera house square. This is practical activity in order to commemorate the 62th anniversary of Haiphong Liberation Day (13-5-1955 – 13-5-2017).
